Urban Properties International is a privately owned limited liability company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company invests in real estate and real estate companies of the highest standards. Specializing in the "international real estate" sector, vacation properties/timeshares represent over half of the company's business. The company is growing and expanding into many new territories by property acquisitions and joint partnerships with some of the leading real estate companies around the world.

The other component of its business is real estate consulting. The company's founder (Kevin E. Fortune) is recognized around the globe for his expertise and insight into the real estate industry. Consulting on such things as acquisitions and real estate development, he is considered a pioneer and leader in the "international real estate" field. He is widely sought after for his creativity, savvy investing, and deal- making.

Last, but not least, its real estate development division is expanding vastly. With a strong burden to improve the inner cities, UPI is on the cutting edge of new development, restoration/renovation, and environmental projects in urban areas around the world. Its program MOVING ON UP ... WITHOUT MOVING OUT, is focused on changing the community, not running away from it. UPI not only invests in real estate, but invests in the total community, tackling subjects such as unemployment, crime, education, home ownership, green spaces, homelessness, affordable housing, literacy, computer training, and entrepreneurship. The company also has a strong commitment to the "green building" movement, helping to do its part to protect the environment and to produce healthy buildings in which to live, work, and play.

About the Founder & President

Kevin E. Fortune is a leader in the real estate industry. He is a real-estate consultant, investor, and developer. He specializes in the "international real estate" sector, and is often found travelling around promoting and educating on the subject. He is a community activist in areas such as affordable housing, homelessness, and the environment. He is especially committed to the "green building" (eco-friendly) movement. Kevin has an A.S. Degree in Business Administration from Georgia Perimeter College and is finishing his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (concentration: International Finance) from the nationally-ranked Stetson School of Business & Economics at the prestigious Mercer University (Atlanta), where he currently serves as president of their Real Estate Club. He has received many awards/honors and is a member of several community and industry organizations.
